The treatment of sections 16.70 (1e), 16.705 (1r) (d) and (e), 16.71 (1m) and (4), 16.72 (8), 16.73 (5), 16.75 (3t) (c) 1. and 6., 16.78 (1), and 36.11 (56m) (a) of the statutes takes effect on the date stated in the notice published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register under Section 9148 (2d) of this act.
