SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 46

SB46-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB46-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 18: after "audiovisual" insert "educational".

SB46-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 19: after "sleep" insert "addressing all aspects of safe sleep".

SB46-SA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 7: delete "a prenatal health care appointment" and substitute "prenatal health care appointments".

SB46-SA1,1,7 4. Page 4, line 8: delete that line and substitute "throughout the pregnancy, a physician, a nurse-midwife, or another".

SB46-SA1,1,8 5. Page 7, line 11: after that line insert:

SB46-SA1,1,10 " Section 2m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

SB46-SA1,2,2 (1) The treatment of section 948.215 of the statutes takes effect on the first day of the 12th month beginning after publication.".
