AB539-SA1,1,3 “ Section 9220. Fiscal changes; Health Services.

AB539-SA1,1,9 (1) Supervised release position. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of health services under section 20.435 (2) (a) of the statutes, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2018-19 is increased by $77,000 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department by 1.0 GPR position for a human services coordinator to serve on and support county committees in creating reports for supervised release plans.”.
