SB513-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 6: delete “defraud, or obtain a benefit," and substitute “or
3defraud,".

SB513-SA1,1,4 42. Page 3, line 4: delete lines 4 to 14 and substitute:

SB513-SA1,1,9 5“947.0125 (4) (a) Whoever, with intent to frighten, intimidate, harm, threaten,
6abuse, harass, or defraud, knowingly uses a name, voice, signature, photograph, or
7other likeness of another person on any computerized communication system to
8create a false identity without such person's consent, or in the case of a minor the
9consent of his or her parent or legal guardian, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.”.
