SB646-SA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

SB646-SA1,1,4 4“ Section 2m. 287.07 (7) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

SB646-SA1,1,75 287.07 (7) (i) The prohibitions in sub. (4) (c) and (i) do not apply if the packaging
6or container is processed at a pyrolysis facility, as defined in s. 289.01 (27m), or a
7gasification facility, as defined in s. 289.01 (9m).”.

SB646-SA1,1,9 83. Page 3, line 4: delete “waste containing" and substitute “waste that
9contains".

SB646-SA1,1,11 104. Page 3, line 4: after “post-use plastics" insert “and that may contain
11incidental contaminants or impurities.".
