AB171-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 2: delete “his or her" and substitute “detainment or".

AB171-AA1,1,3 32. Page 2, line 2: delete “, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (c),".

AB171-AA1,1,6 43. Page 2, line 3: delete “in his or her custody" and substitute “who is detained
5by any law enforcement officer, as provided under s. 968.24, or is in the custody of
6any law enforcement officer".

AB171-AA1,1,7 74. Page 2, line 4: before “custody" insert “detainment or".

AB171-AA1,1,8 85. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB171-AA1,1,9 9“ Section 2. 940.225 (5) (aj) of the statutes is created to read:

AB171-AA1,1,1110 940.225 (5) (aj) “Law enforcement officer” has the meaning designated in s.
