SB605-SA2,1,74 49.45 (9r) (d) When reviewing prior authorization requests for complex
5rehabilitation technology items, the department and managed care plans shall act
6within 10 working days of receiving complete, clinically relevant written
7documentation necessary to make a determination.”.
