SB734-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB734-SA4,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with “and making" and ending with “appropriation" on line 6.

SB734-SA4,1,5 2. Page 5, line 20: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 6, line 2.

SB734-SA4,1,10 3. Page 6, line 4: delete the material beginning with “treatment of" and ending with “legislature" on line 6 and substitute “treatment of ss. 54.15 (8) (a) (intro.) (as it relates to any requirement for a statement as described under s. 54.15 (8) (a) 2m.) and 2m. and 54.26 first applies to petitions for guardianship filed on the first day of the 13th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection”.

SB734-SA4,1,12 “ Section 14m. Effective date.

SB734-SA4,2,2 (1) This act takes effect on the 2nd day after publication of the 2021 biennial budget act.”.
