AB334-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 14: after “person" insert “or unintentionally or negligently discharges a firearm".

AB334-AA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 7: after that line insert:

AB334-AA2,1,7 “(d) That disciplinary action shall be taken against a law enforcement officer if a drug and alcohol test following an officer-involved critical incident indicates the presence of any substances covered by the written policy.”.
