AB422-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB422-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “and making an appropriation".

AB422-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10.

AB422-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 19: delete “appropriation under s. 20.380 (3) (dm)" and substitute “moneys allocated under sub. (4)".

AB422-AA1,1,6 4. Page 3, line 11: after that line insert:

AB422-AA1,1,10 “(4) Of the moneys the governor accepts from the federal government under s. 16.54 pursuant to section 602 of the federal Social Security Act as amended by the federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L. 117-2, the governor shall allocate $500,000 for the grants under sub. (2).”.
