AB874-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB874-AA1,1,6 1. Page 3, line 13: after “expenditures." insert “For purposes of this subsection, any ambulance service provider that is owned by any municipality or group of municipalities, regardless of whether or not the ambulance service provider is organized as a nonprofit corporation, is considered a public ambulance service provider.".

AB874-AA1,1,10 2. Page 4, line 2: after “provider." insert ““Eligible ambulance service provider” does not include any ambulance service provider that is owned by any municipality or group of municipalities regardless of whether or not the ambulance service provider is organized as a nonprofit corporation.".
