516.54 pursuant to section 602 of the federal Social Security Act as amended by the
6federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L. 117-2, the governor shall allocate,
7to the extent allowed under federal law, no more than $242,000,000 to the general
8fund to cover the loss of revenue under s. 71.05 (1) (d).”.
