AB188-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 3: delete lines 3 to 5 and substitute:

AB188-AA1,1,3 “(d) “Reviewable death” includes any of the following types of deaths:

AB188-AA1,1,4 1. Undetermined cause.”.

AB188-AA1,1,5 2. Page 6, line 14: after that line insert:

AB188-AA1,1,6 “11. A maternal death occurring during or within a year of a pregnancy.”.

AB188-AA1,1,9 3. Page 9, line 21: delete the material beginning with “overdose" and ending with “team," on line 22 and substitute “overdose fatality review team, a suicide review team, or a maternal mortality review team,”.

AB188-AA1,1,12 4. Page 14, line 24: delete the material beginning with “overdose" and ending with “suicide review team" on line 24 and substitute “overdose fatality review team, a suicide review team, or a maternal mortality review team”.
