AB99-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB99-AA1,1,3 “ Section 2m. 118.19 (18) (c) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

AB99-AA1,1,9 118.19 (18) (c) 3. For purposes of subd. 1., the department shall consider as time an individual is regularly employed in education any time the individual is employed by any of the following as an educator providing services directly to pupils, families, or fellow educators in a prekindergarten through grade 12 setting or to provide administrative oversight in a prekindergarten through grade 12 setting for at least one hour per day per semester or its equivalent:
