SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 268

SB268-SA2-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

SB268-SA2-SA3,1,2 1. Page 18, line 21: delete “park.”." and substitute “park.".

SB268-SA2-SA3,1,3 2. Page 18, line 21: after that line insert:

SB268-SA2-SA3,1,6 “8. Real property that is rented or leased for use as an event venue for a private event if there is a written contract between the property owner or operator and the renter or lessee that includes all of the following terms:

SB268-SA2-SA3,1,7 a. That the renter or lessee will comply with state and local laws.

SB268-SA2-SA3,1,9 b. A provision identifying who is liable for violations of state and local laws, including violations of this chapter.

SB268-SA2-SA3,2,2 c. If alcohol beverages are to be served at the event and there will be 20 or more people on the event venue, a provision stating that alcohol beverages will be served only by a person holding an operator's license under s. 125.17 or an operator's permit under s. 125.175.

SB268-SA2-SA3,2,5 d. A provision specifying the hours during which the event may be held and, if alcohol beverages are to be served, the hours during which alcohol beverages may be served and consumed at the event.”.”.
