SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 386

SB386-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB386-SA1,1,2 1. Page 5, line 20: after “the individual" insert “has attained the age of 18 and".

SB386-SA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 24: delete the material beginning with “satisfies" and ending with “The individual" on page 6, line 1.

SB386-SA1,1,5 3. Page 6, line 4: delete that line.

SB386-SA1,1,11 4. Page 9, line 10: delete lines 10 to 13 and substitute “vehicle owner for bodily injury and property damage to 3rd parties and for uninsured motorist and personal injury protection losses in amounts stated in the motor vehicle sharing agreement that are no less than the amounts specified in ss. 344.33 (2) and 632.32 (4) (a) during the motor vehicle sharing duration. An insurer writing a policy with respect to a peer-to-peer motor vehicle sharing program shall comply with s. 632.32 (4m).”.
