1meet the requirements for state deposits under 33 USC 1382 is allocated for those
2deposits. Of this amount, $8,250,000 is allocated to fund the minority business

18program receipts reimburse lease rental payments advanced by general purpose
19revenue, and incurred prior to January 1, 1970, by the Wisconsin state agencies
20building corporation, Wisconsin state colleges building corporation or Wisconsin
21university building corporation. The state may contract public debt in an amount
22not to exceed $4,238,200 $2,686,600 for this purpose. Such indebtedness shall be
23construed to include any premium payable with respect thereto. Debt incurred by
24this paragraph shall be repaid under the appropriations providing for the retirement
25of public debt incurred under par. (t), (u), (ur) or (zz) in proportional amounts to the

1purposes for which the debt was refinanced. The refunding authority provided in
2this paragraph may be used only if the true interest costs to the state can be reduced

3amounts. All amounts advanced under the authority of this paragraph shall be
4repaid to the general fund whenever the balance of the appropriation for which the
5advance was made is sufficient to meet any portion of the amount advanced. The
6department of administration may take whatever action is deemed necessary
7including the making of transfers from program revenue appropriations and
8corresponding appropriations from program receipts in segregated funds and
9including actions to enforce contractual obligations that will result in additional
10program revenue for the state
