SB637, s. 114 4Section 114. 35.93 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB637,44,205 35.93 (3) The revisor shall compile and deliver or transmit to the department
6for printing copy for reproduction a register which shall contain all the rules filed
7since the compilation of rules for the preceding issue of the register was made and
8those executive orders which are to be in effect for more than 90 days or an
9informative summary thereof. The complete register shall be compiled and
10published before the first day of each month and a notice section of the register shall
11be compiled and published before the 15th day of each month. In lieu of a separate
12notice section, the revisor may compile and publish the complete register on a
13semimonthly basis before the first and 15th day of each month.
Each issue of the
14register shall contain a title page with the name "Wisconsin administrative register
15Administrative Register", the number and date of the register, and a table of
16contents. Each page of the register shall also contain the date and number of the
17register of which it is a part in addition to the other necessary code titles and page
18numbers. The revisor may include in the register such instructions or information
19as in the revisor's judgment will help the user to correctly make insertions and
20deletions in the code and to keep the code current.
