Note: The amendments in Sections 1 and 2 to provide that the Council of State Governments, rather than the Center for Research Libraries, will now be a depository to collect state documents. According to the reference and loan library, department of public instruction (DPI), the Council of State Governments took over this function in 1992, but the statutes have not been revised to reflect this change.
