SB357,297,13 (1) Coverage of childhood immunizations. The treatment of sections 40.51 (8) and (8m), 60.23 (25), 66.184, 111.91 (2) (n), 120.13 (2) (g), 185.981 (4t), 185.983 (1) (intro.), 609.88 and 632.895 (14) of the statutes first applies to all of the following:

SB357,297,16 (a) Except as provided in paragraphs (b) and (c), disability insurance policies that are issued or renewed, and self-insured health plans that are established, extended, modified or renewed, on the effective date of this paragraph.

SB357,297,19 (b) Disability insurance policies covering employes who are affected by a collective bargaining agreement containing provisions inconsistent with this act that are issued or renewed on the earlier of the following:

SB357,297,20 1. The day on which the collective bargaining agreement expires.

SB357,297,22 2. The day on which the collective bargaining agreement is extended, modified or renewed.

SB357,297,25 (c) Self-insured health plans covering employes who are affected by a collective bargaining agreement containing provisions inconsistent with this act that are established, extended, modified or renewed on the earlier of the following:

SB357,298,1 1. The day on which the collective bargaining agreement expires.

SB357,299,7 (1) Building commission. The repeal and recreation of section 20.866 (1) (u) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2001.

SB357,299,10 (1) Court support payments. The treatment of sections 20.625 (1) (d) and 758.19 (5) (b) (intro.) and 1. of the statutes takes effect on January 1, 2001.

SB357,299,14 (1) Youth aids. The treatment of sections 20.410 (3) (ce) and (cf), 46.215 (2) (c) 3., 46.22 (1) (e) 3. c. and 301.26 (3) (c), (4) (a), (6) (a), (7) (a) (intro.) and (k), (7m) and (8) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2000.

SB357,300,4 (1) Coverage of childhood immunizations. SB357, s. 9430 Section 9430. Effective dates; justice.

SB357,300,8 (1) Public intervenor. The treatment of sections 18.13 (4g), 165.07, 165.075, 165.076 and 814.245 (2) (d) of the statutes and Section 9130 (1) of this act take effect on July 1, 2000, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.

SB357, s. 9443 Section 9443. Effective dates; revenue.

SB357,300,11 (1) Payments for municipal services. The treatment of section 20.835 (5) (a) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2000.

SB357, s. 9450 Section 9450. Effective dates; transportation.

SB357,300,15 (1) Operating after revocation. The treatment of section 343.44 (2) (b) (intro.) of the statutes and Section 9350 (1 ) of this act take effect on whichever of the following dates is later:

SB357,300,16 (a) The day after publication.

SB357,300,19 (b) May 1, 2001, or the date stated in the notice published by the secretary of transportation in the Wisconsin Administrative Register under section 85.515 of the statutes, whichever is earlier.
