14341, 342, 343, or 348 as provided in s. 85.14 (1) (a) that are required to be paid to the
15state treasurer secretary of administration under s. 85.14 (1) (b) for the purpose of
16the payment of charges associated with the use of credit cards that are assessed to
17the department under s. 85.14 (1) (b).
SB44, s. 438 18Section 438. 20.395 (9) (th) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB44,365,419 20.395 (9) (th) Temporary funding of projects financed by revenue bonds. A sum
20sufficient to provide initial, temporary funding for any project to be financed under
21s. 84.59 which that is a major highway project enumerated under s. 84.013 (3) or, a
22project under s. 84.01 (28) approved under s. 13.48 (10) or authorized under s. 84.01
23(30), a state highway rehabilitation project, or the Marquette interchange
24reconstruction project under s. 84.014
. The department shall keep a separate
25account of expenditures under this paragraph for each such project. As soon as

2to finance that project, an amount equal to the amounts expended under this
3paragraph shall be paid from those proceeds into the transportation fund and
4credited to the appropriation account under sub. (3) (br), (cs), or (ct) or (4) (at).
SB44, s. 439 5Section 439. 20.410 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

20and (hr), the amounts in the schedule for juvenile correctional services specified in
21s. 301.26 (4) (c) and (d) and to operate the correctional institution authorized under
221997 Wisconsin Act 4, section 4 (1) (a)
. All moneys received from the sale of surplus
23property, including vehicles, from juvenile correctional institutions operated by the
24department, all moneys received as payments in restitution of property damaged at

2by the department, all moneys transferred under s. 301.26 (4) (cm), all moneys

4par. (hr), all moneys received in payment for juvenile correctional services specified
5in s. 301.26 (4) (d), (dt), and (g) shall be credited to this appropriation account. If
6moneys generated by the daily rate under s. 301.26 (4) (d) exceed actual fiscal year
7institutional costs, other than the cost of operating the correctional institution
8authorized under 1997 Wisconsin Act 4, section 4 (1) (a),
by 2% or more, all moneys
9in excess of that 2% shall be remitted to the counties during the subsequent calendar
10year or transferred to the appropriation account under par. (kx) during the
11subsequent fiscal year. Each county and the department shall receive a
12proportionate share of the remittance and transfer depending on the total number
13of days of placement at juvenile correctional institutions including the Mendota
14Juvenile Treatment Center. Counties shall use the funds for purposes specified in
15s. 301.26. The department shall deposit in the general fund the amounts transferred
16under this paragraph to the appropriation account under par. (kx).

17developmentally disabled, to reimburse the cost of providing the services and to
18remit any credit balances to county departments that occur on and after

2046.043, provided by the mental health institutes, to reimburse the cost of providing
21the services and to remit any credit balances to county departments that occur on and

at centers for the developmentally disabled; and for other
13services, products, and care shall be credited to this appropriation, except that any
14payment under s. 46.10 received for the care or treatment of patients admitted under
15s. 51.10, 51.15, or 51.20 for which the state is liable under s. 51.05 (3), of patients
16admitted under s. 55.06 (9) (d) or (e) for which the state is liable under s. 55.05 (1),
17of forensic patients committed under ch. 971 or 975, admitted under ch. 975, or
18transferred under s. 51.35 (3), or of patients transferred from a state prison under
19s. 51.37 (5), to the Mendota Mental Health Institute or the Winnebago Mental Health
20Institute shall be treated as general purpose revenue — earned, as defined under s.
2120.001 (4).
SB44, s. 448 22Section 448. 20.435 (2) (gL) of the statutes is created to read:
