highway rehabilitation program.

State highway rehabilitation. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of
4the statutes for the appropriation to the department of transportation under section
520.395 (3) (cq) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is
6increased by $43,025,700 for the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this
7subsection takes effect to increase funding for the purposes for which the
8appropriation is made.
