Current law authorizes the Dentistry Examining Board to promulgate rules
regulating various aspects of the practice of dentistry in Wisconsin. This bill
authorizes the Dentistry Examining Board to promulgate rules that regulate the
provision of dental services out of mobile dentistry units and the use of portable
dental equipment.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
