4form, or report is true, correct, and complete.

6in information previously submitted in a registration statement within 10 days
7following the change. Except as provided in par. (b), any such change may be
8reported only by the individual or by the officer who has succeeded to the position of
9an individual who signed the original statement.

11in the committee's registration statement.
