4 20.370 (4) (mk) General program operations — service funds. All From the
5general fund, all moneys received by the department from the department and from
6other state agencies for purposes relating to the department's function relating its
7environmental management functions and to the state's water resources and the
8state's fishery resources.
9Section 328 . 20.370 (4) (mm) of the statutes is amended to read:
10 20.370 (4) (mm) General program operations — federal funds. From the
11general fund, all moneys received as federal aid for the state's water resources and
12the state's fishery resources for environmental quality purposes, as authorized by
13the governor under s. 16.54, for the purposes for which received.
14Section 329 . 20.370 (4) (mq) of the statutes is amended to read:
15 20.370 (4) (mq) General program operations — environmental fund. From the
16environmental fund, the amounts in the schedule for administration of
17environmental activities under chs. 160, 281 and, 283, 285, and 289 to 299.
18Section 330 . 20.370 (4) (mt) of the statutes is amended to read:

20programs; state funds. From the environmental improvement fund, the amounts in
21the schedule for general program operations under s. 281.58, 281.59, 281.60, 281.61

9principal and interest costs incurred in financing the placement of structures and fill
10under s. 30.203, in financing the acquisition, construction, development,
11enlargement, or improvement of state recreation facilities under s. 20.866 (2) (tp) and
12(tr), in financing state aids for land acquisition and development of local parks under
13s. 20.866 (2) (tq), in financing land acquisition activities under s. 20.866 (2) (ts) and
14(tt), in financing the aid program for dams under s. 20.866 (2) (tx), in financing ice
15age trail development under s. 20.866 (2) (tw), in financing the Warren
16Knowles-Gaylord Nelson stewardship program under s. 20.866 (2) (tz) and in
17financing the Warren Knowles-Gaylord Nelson stewardship 2000 program under s.
1820.866 (2) (ta), but not including payments made under par. (ac), and to make
19payments under an agreement or ancillary arrangement entered into under s. 18.06
20(8) (a). Payments may not be made from this appropriation account for principal and
21interest costs incurred in financing land acquisition and development of state forests
22under ss. 20.866 (2) (ta) and (tz) until all moneys available under s. 20.370 (7) (au)
23have been expended.
24Section 340 . 20.370 (7) (ac) of the statutes is repealed.
25Section 341 . 20.370 (7) (jr) of the statutes is amended to read:
120.370 (7) (jr) Rental property and equipment — maintenance and replacement.
2From the conservation fund, all moneys received by the department from the rental
3of real property and equipment that are owned by the department, except moneys
4appropriated under subs. sub. (1) (jr) and (4) (kt), to be used for the maintenance and
5replacement of this real property and equipment.
6Section 342 . 20.370 (8) (title) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:
7 20.370 (8) (title) Internal services.
8Section 343 . 20.370 (8) (ir) of the statutes is amended to read:
9 20.370 (8) (ir) Promotional activities and publications. All moneys received
10from subscriptions and other revenues generated by promotional activities,
11photographs, slides, videotapes, artwork, publications, magazines , and other
12periodicals, except the Wisconsin natural resources magazine, to be used for these
13promotional activities, photographs, slides, videotapes, artwork, publications, and
14magazines and for educational and informational activities concerning conservation
15and the environment.
16Section 344 . 20.370 (8) (my) of the statutes is created to read:
17 20.370 (8) (my) Land and property management — federal funds. All moneys
18received from the federal government for land and property management.
19Section 345 . 20.370 (9) (title) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:
20 20.370 (9) (title) External services.
21Section 346 . 20.370 (9) (eg) of the statutes is repealed.
22Section 347 . 20.370 (9) (gb) of the statutes is renumbered 20.370 (1) (gb).
