AR30,1,3 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR30,1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposals shall be special orders of business on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at the times shown:

AR30,1,8 (1)   At 8:01 a.m., 2021 Assembly Bill 829, relating to: mandatory minimum sentence for three or more convictions for retail theft and providing a penalty.

AR30,1,10 (2)   At 8:02 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 312, relating to: composition of local boards of health.

AR30,1,14 (3)   At 8:03 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 392, relating to: certification of expanded function dental auxiliaries, extending the time limit for emergency rule procedures, providing an exemption from emergency rule procedures, and granting rule-making authority.

AR30,1,16 (4)   At 8:04 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 629, relating to: a shovel-ready workforce housing development site program.

AR30,1,20 (5)   At 8:05 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 934, relating to: maintenance of the voter registration list, training of municipal clerks, data sharing agreements, pre-election procedures, lines at the polls on election day, and granting rule-making authority.

AR30,2,8 (6)   At 8:06 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 935, relating to: certain kinds of election fraud, private resources and contracts for election administration, who may perform tasks related to election administration, defects on absentee ballot certificates, returning absentee ballots to the office of the municipal clerk, appointment of election officials, allowing an employee of a residential care facility or qualified retirement home to serve as a personal care voting assistant during a public health emergency or an incident of infectious disease, and providing a penalty.

AR30,2,14 (7)   At 8:07 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 936, relating to: the resolution of complaints filed with the Elections Commission, submitting to the legislature copies of complaints filed with the Elections Commission, reports concerning possible violations of election laws, postelection audits of electronic voting systems, printing absentee ballot applications for recounts, and granting rule-making authority.

AR30,2,17 (8)   At 8:08 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 937, relating to: status as an indefinitely confined voter for purposes of receiving absentee ballots automatically and providing a penalty.

AR30,2,20 (9)   At 8:09 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 938, relating to: verifying citizenship of individuals on the official voter registration list and contents of operator's licenses and identification cards.

AR30,2,25 (10)   At 8:10 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 939, relating to: absentee ballot applications, unsolicited mailing or transmission of absentee ballot applications and absentee ballots, secure delivery of absentee ballots, canvassing absentee ballots, voter registration requirements, electronic voter registration, and providing a penalty.

AR30,2,35 (14)   At 8:14 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 943, relating to: requiring the Elections Commission to send guidance documents to the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules.

AR30,2,38 (15)   At 8:15 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 945, relating to: notifications to local elections officials and the elections commission regarding certain prospective jurors.

AR30,3,3 (16)   At 8:16 a.m., 2021 Senate Bill 946, relating to: whistleblower protection for municipal clerks who witness and report election fraud or irregularities.

AR30,3,7 (17)   At 8:17 a.m., 2021 Senate Joint Resolution 101, relating to: prohibiting the use of a donation or grant of private resources for purposes of election administration and specifying who may perform tasks related to election administration (first consideration).

AR30,3,12 (18)   At 8:18 a.m., 2021 Senate Joint Resolution 102, Relating to: applying to Congress under the provisions of Article V of the Constitution of the United States for a convention to propose an amendment establishing term limits for members of the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate.

AR30,2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
