On February 27, 2002, the Office of the State Public Defender submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
Analysis
The Wisconsin State Public Defender Board proposes an order to amend s.
PD 6.02 (1) relating to the repayment of cost of legal representation. The amendment would change the time period for fixed amounts as flat payments for the cost of representation that a person may elect to pay from 30 days to 60 days.
