On August 25, 2003, the Department of Health and Family Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse affecting ch.
HFS 15, relating to assessments on occupied, licensed beds in nursing homes and intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICF-MR).
