961.19961.19 Schedule IV tests. 961.19(1m)(1m) The controlled substances board shall add a substance to schedule IV upon finding that: 961.19(1m)(a)(a) The substance has a low potential for abuse relative to substances included in schedule III; 961.19(1m)(b)(b) The substance has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and 961.19(1m)(c)(c) Abuse of the substance may lead to limited physical dependence or psychological dependence relative to the substances included in schedule III. 961.19(2m)(2m) The controlled substances board may add a substance to schedule IV without making the findings required under sub.
