The town clerk shall perform, under lawful direction of the town board, the following duties in addition to those specifically enumerated in
s. 60.33 (1) to
(10), Wis. stats.:

s. 60.33 (11), Wis. stats., to establish additional duties. This resolution form should not include any additional compensation for the town clerk for these additional duties when the additional duties apply to the current term of office of the town clerk. See
s. 60.32 (4), Wis. stats.
