AB341-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB341-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with "while" and ending with "transmit" on line 6 and substitute "capable of transmitting".

AB341-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with "to" and ending with "operator" on line 8.

AB341-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 11: delete "telephone" and substitute "telephone,".

AB341-AA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 12: delete "that is not" and substitute "to transmit or receive data unless the wireless telecommunications device is".
