CR 18-061 Submittal Notice

NOTICE OF REFERRAL OF RULE TO THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has this day submitted the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse for review, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

  SUBJECT: Grain Dealers and Grain Warehouse Keepers and Milk Contractors

  ADMINISTRATIVE CODE REFERENCE: ATCP 99 and 100

  DATCP DOCKET #: 18-R-03

A related emergency rule, EmR1816, affecting ATCP 100, has been published and is currently in effect.

A public hearing is required under s. 227.16, Stats. and will be held on September 10, 2018 in Madison.

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 045-18, was approved by Governor Walker on May 1, 2018; was published in Register No. 749A1 on May 7, 2018; and was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection on June 24, 2018.
