8(3) Guarantee of collection. (a) Subject to par. (b), the authority shall

10guarantee under sub. (1). The authority shall establish the percentage of the

12in the agreement under s. 234.93 (2) (a). The authority may establish a single
13percentage for all guaranteed loans or establish different percentages for eligible
14loans on an individual basis.

7revolving fund out of any moneys in its hands belonging to probationers and parolees

2interest. Actual and necessary expenses incurred by an auditor, plus wages, may be
3assessed against the person audited.
