On February 26, 1996, Assembly Bill 950, relating to authorizing the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System and the board of control of a cooperative educational service agency to establish a charter school and granting rule-making authorit, was referred to the Joint Committee on Finance. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 45(1), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 950 from the Joint Committee on Finance and rerefer it to the Assembly Committee on Education.
Representative Ben Brancel and Senator Tim Weeden, co-chairs of the Joint Committee on Finance, have consented to this rereferral.
