I, David Halbrooks, Chairperson of the State Elections Board, certify that the attached tabular statement, as compiled from the certified returns made to the State Elections Board by the county clerks of the several counties comprising the Forty-second Assembly District, contains a correct abstract of the total number of votes given for the election of candidates for Representative to the Assembly, District 42, at a Special Election held in the several towns, wards, villages and election districts in said counties on the Thirteenth day of January, 1998.

Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bills 725 and 726 from the Assembly Committee on Judiciary and re-refer Assembly Bill 725 to the Assembly Committee on Labor and Employment and Assembly Bill 726 to the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources.
