12functions, and enforcement activities under sections 100.15, 100.16, 100.17, 100.171,
13100.173, 100.174, 100.175, 100.177, 100.178, 100.18, 100.182, 100.20, 100.205,
14100.207, 100.209, 100.2095, 100.28, 100.31, 100.37, 100.38, 100.41, 100.42, 100.43,
15100.44, 100.46, and 100.50 and chapters 136, 344, 704, 707, and 779 of the statutes
16from the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection to the
17department of justice, based on instructions provided by the department of justice.
18The final instructions for this legislation shall be submitted to the legislative
19reference bureau by the department of justice no later than June 1, 2002.".".
