2of the department of justice.
AB1-ASA1-AA1-AA2,21,83 (b) On the effective date of this paragraph, all FTE and LTE positions in the
4department of administration performing duties primarily related to the office of
5justice assistance, as determined by the secretary of administration, and the
6incumbent employees holding those positions, other than the employees holding the

8transferred to the department of justice.
