SJR3-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

SJR3-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute: "Whereas, his child, Payton Warns, was born on May 5, 2005, into a world safe from tyranny; and".

SJR3-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 18: after "Nielson" insert ", and their child, Payton Warns".
