SB54-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB54-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:

SB54-SA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 137.01 (9) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

SB54-SA1,1,5 137.01 (9) Fee. A notary public may only charge a fee for notarizing a document and that fee may not exceed $10 for each document he or she notarizes.".
