Born Milwaukee, December 1, 1986; single. Graduate John Marshall H.S. (Milwaukee) 2003; attended Alabama A&M U. 2003-08. Full-time legislator. Former community organizer; lead organizer and Exec. Dir. of MICAH (Milwaukee Inner City Congregations Allied for Hope). Member: ACLU of Wisconsin; NAACP Milwaukee Branch; Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.; Democratic Party of Wisconsin; Citizen Action of Wisconsin (bd. mbr.); Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (advisory bd. mbr.); New Leaders Council (advisory bd. mbr.); Milwaukee Urban League; Fuel Milwaukee.
