SB630-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB630-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 10: after “property;" insert “actual or market rent;".

SB630-SA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 14: after “assessor." insert “For purposes of this subsection, “actual or market rent” means the most probable rent that a property should bring in a competitive and open market reflecting all conditions and restrictions of the lease agreement, including permitted uses, use restrictions, expense obligations, term, concessions, renewal and purchase options, and tenant improvements.".
