AB73-ASA1-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB73-ASA1-AA3,1,3 " Section 3g. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB73-ASA1-AA3,1,9 (1)  Notwithstanding section 21.49 (3) (b) 1. of the statutes, as affected by this act, if an eligible guard member completes a course under section 21.49 (3) (a) of the statutes, as affected by this act, less than 6 months before the effective date of this subsection, he or she may submit an application for a tuition grant to the department of military affairs for approval of the payment of a tuition grant no later than 90 days after the effective date of this subsection.".
