SENATE AMENDMENT 1, To 1995 SENATE BILL 552

SB552-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB552-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "donate" insert "real".

SB552-SA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 5: on lines 5 and 6, delete "of whatever nature" and substitute: "that is adjacent to the veterans memorial site located at The Highground in Clark County and".

SB552-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with "or" and ending with "(9)" on line 3.

SB552-SA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 2: on lines 2 and 3, delete "for the purpose of a memorial hall specified in s. 70.11 (9)".

SB552-SA1,1,10 5. Page 2, line 3: delete "only donate real" and substitute "donate".

SB552-SA1,1,11 6. Page 2, line 4: before "when" insert "only".

SB552-SA1,1,12 7. Page 2, line 5: delete ", if real property, the real property".

SB552-SA1,2,2 8. Page 2, line 6: after "(2)" insert: "and is transferred with a restriction that the donee may not subsequently transfer the real property to any person except to this state, which shall not be charged for any improvements thereon. Such restriction shall be recorded in the office of the register of deeds in the county in which the property is located".

SB552-SA1,2,3 9. Page 2, line 16: after that line insert:

SB552-SA1,2,4 " Section 2. 700.16 (4) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB552-SA1,2,6 700.16 (4) (bm) Transfers to a veterans memorial organization under s. 84.09 (5r);".
