8following 10-year period that includes, for each fiscal year of the 10-year period, an
9estimate of total transportation fund revenues, the proposed types and amounts of
10bonds to be issued for transportation needs, the proposed expenditure amounts from
11bond proceeds for transportation needs, and estimated debt service related to
12repayment of these bonds. This 10-year plan shall include various funding scenarios
13for transportation needs showing different levels of transportation fund
14expenditures, from bond proceeds and from cash sources, and different levels of
15transportation fund revenues. At least one scenario shall reflect the achievement of
16a stable debt service percentage by the end of the 10-year period of the plan. If any
17scenario results in an increasing debt service percentage, the plan shall identify the
18estimated reduction of net revenues from this increasing debt service and the
19potential consequences for specific transportation-related programs resulting from
20these reduced net revenues.".

1individuals who are traveling together for the purpose of participating in a trade
2show or convention or 2 or more immediate family members who are traveling
3together for the purpose of selling goods or services.

(e) "Traveling sales crew activities" means the sale of goods or services to
5consumers from house to house, on any street, or in any other place that is open to
6the public or related support work.

8(2) Registration required. No person may employ, offer to employ, or
9otherwise recruit an individual to work as a traveling sales crew worker without first
10obtaining a certificate of registration from the department. To obtain a certificate
11of registration, a person shall complete an application under sub. (3) (a), meet the
12minimum requirements specified in sub. (3) (c) for issuance of a certificate of
13registration, and pay a registration fee determined by the department by rule
14promulgated under sub. (13). A certificate of registration is valid for 12 months
15unless sooner suspended, restricted, or revoked and is nontransferable. A registrant
16may renew a certificate of registration by submitting an application under sub. (3)
17(a) and paying the registration fee not less than 30 days before the expiration date
18of the certificate of registration.
