440.488 Complaint procedures; hotline.
(1) The department shall
4promulgate rules establishing procedures to be used by the department for receiving,
5filing, and investigating passenger complaints concerning the conduct of licensed
6companies and participating drivers.

7(2) The department shall maintain a toll-free telephone number with voice
8mail at the department's offices to receive complaints concerning the conduct of
9licensed companies and participating drivers. Each participating driver shall
10prominently display that number in the participating driver's personal vehicle at all
11times the participating driver is engaged in transportation network services.".
