AB1085, s. 3 8Section 3. 119.02 (1) and (2) of the statutes are amended to read:

AB1085,2,109 119.02 (1) "Board" means the board of school directors in charge of the public
10schools of a city of the 1st class.

AB1085,2,12 11(2) "City" means a 1st class city of the 1st class with a population of less than
12500,000.
