116.03 Interagency council on homelessness. (1) Definition. In this
2section, “council” means the interagency council on homelessness.

3(2) Responsibilities. The council shall do all of the following:

(a) Establish and periodically review a statewide policy with the purpose of
5preventing and ending homelessness in this state.

(b) Designate individuals from each agency or organization represented on the
7council, who shall meet at least twice quarterly, to coordinate the implementation of
8policy established by the council under par. (a).

(c) Submit a report on the activities of the council to the governor and to the
10chief clerk of each house of the legislature, for distribution to the appropriate
11standing committees under s. 13.172 (3). The council shall determine the frequency
12of the report and schedule for submitting the report, but may not submit the report
