15reduced-price lunch in the federal school lunch program under

21accountability report under s. 115.385.

(d) Establish a maximum grant award for each community school.

(e) Require an applicant for a grant to demonstrate that it has secured
24matching funds equal to the amount of the grant. The applicant may provide the
